Junior College Division - (2008 Graduates and all players that are unsigned to four-year colleges.)
Saturday July 26th-27th 2008 (All California Community College teams must follow the CCCAA (COA) rules for non-traditional contests )

• 4 games guaranteed.
• Tournament has been NCAA certified each year.
• Entry fee is $390.00 per group.  See Tournament Director with any questions.
• Basic College rules except 2 - 20 minute running clock halves.

High School Division - (All players on roster from same high school)
Division I, Division II - Friday 25-26th 2008.

Level of Division to be determined by each coach:  Division I for teams that are traditionally in the playoffs and play at the higher Division level during the year.  Division II for teams that are re-building and/or play at schools with lower enrollment.

• Championship Awards to be given to Championship Team for each division.

Competitive Division - (Players 14-17 from different high schools) We may need to divide this division by age.

Friday, July 25th- Saturday July 26th 2008.

• Championship Awards to be given to the Championship team of this division..

• Register your team HERE at the Basketball Certification System (BBCS) by June 15th 2008 so that West Coast Shootout can list participants for recruiters.  For NCAA Registration directions:  TEAM REGISTRATION INFORMATION
• The coaches' approval process involves an application, verification of criminal background, authorization for release of information and completion of an educational component.  The entire process may be accessed and completed through the NCAA basketball certification Web site and takes approximately three to seven days to complete the background check.  To apply:  NCAA Coaches Approval Process .  There is a $40.00 fee that allows you to be certified for two years to coach at any NCAA approved event. If you are not certified you will not be allowed to be on the bench.  ONLY CERTIFIED COACHES ARE ALLOWED TO COACH.
• Each participant will submit an Hold Harmless Form due before 1st game. Download this form below.
• Make all checks payable to Delta College.  A $100.00 deposit is due by July 1st to reserve a spot in the tournament.  You can send your payment to the address below.  The balance is due by Friday July 18th 2008.
