Junior College Division - (2009 Graduates and all players that are unsigned to four-year colleges.)
Saturday July 25th-27th 2009 (All California Community College teams must follow the CCCAA (COA) rules for non-traditional contests )

• 4 games guaranteed. (2 games per day- Each team will play either Saturday and Sunday or Sunday and Monday)
• Tournament is not NCAA certified for Division I (all other coaches can attend)- therefore no team or coaches certification is necessary.
• Entry fee is $250.00 per group.  See Tournament Director with any questions.

High School Division - (All players on roster from same high school)
Division I, Division II - Saturday-Sunday 25-26th 2009.

Level of Division to be determined by each coach:  Division I for teams that are traditionally in the playoffs and play at the higher Division level during the year.  Division II for teams that are re-building and/or play at schools with lower enrollment.

• Format to be determined.
• Entry fee:  $250.00 per team.
• Championship Awards to be given to Championship Team and Runner-up for each division.

Deadlines

• Each participant will submit an Hold Harmless Form due before 1st game. Download this form.
• Each coach will need to turn in the roster form for your team by July 10th.  Any changes after this date must be e-mailed to Gina Johnson at wcs@surewest.net  
• Download your roster form -This form is an excel form.  Download it and e-mail it to wcs@surewest.net
• Make all checks payable to Delta College.  A $100.00 deposit is due by June 18th to reserve a spot in the tournament.  You can send your payment to the address below.  Make checks payable to Delta College.  The balance is due on the first day of the tournament.
• All teams will provide one person to assist at the scoring table.  Home teams will have a person score the basic score on the clock.  The visitors will be responsible to keep the game score and team fouls.
