AT SAN JOAQUIN DELTA COLLEGE

All teams will input their rosters online with the NCAA.  Shootout staff will download each roster from the NCAA website for inclusion in the roster booklet  to be sold to recruiters at the event.  The deadline for rosters to be included in the recruiters packet at the event is Friday July 18, 2007.  Any teams who do not input their roster by July 18th will not be included in the recruiter's packet that is distributed at the event. 

Before logging on to the NCAA website, please have the following information ready for each one of ther players:

Name

Home Address (City, State, Zip, Phone)

Height/ Position/ Date of Birth

Jersey Number

High School or Community College

Graduation Date

The NCAA will not allow for you to input the same address and phone number for all your players.  You must enter each indiviudal home address and  phone number.  Please enter the school that each student is attending fall 2008.  If you need clarification about the new NCAA rules that pertain to this application process Click Here for more details.

Hold Harmless Form

All participants must turn in a Hold Harmless Form in order to participate in the WCS.  Coaches can download this form by clicking here.  All participants 18 years and older do not need to have a parent signature but must complete the form.  All participants under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian signature.  Coaches can turn these forms in on at check-in.
